Puccini Museum app for iPhone and iPad

The official Puccini Museum application, a free virtual guide, full of information and suggestions, which assists users in discovering the places of interest concerning Puccini in the historic city of Lucca and throughout the surrounding province.

The application, based on the GPS geolocation system, indicates the places connected with the life and works of Puccini. It provides detailed information in the form of texts and images, and indicates the distances between places and the point where the user is located.

The application, once opened, sends your Smartphone or tablet a notification when you are near a Puccini site: To display the information content just click on the notice.

The notifications will be received even in off-line mode, whereas you must enable an internet connection (data connection or Wi-Fi) to access the interactive navigable map, useful to guide users in search of Puccini sites.

The application also includes a QR Code reader which allows access to interesting multimedia content related to the most important objects on display in the Puccini Birthplace Museum.
